Frank made a strong case why cold calling didn’t work:

- Cold calling fails to ﬁnd the pre-qualiﬁed, quality leads we all want
- Cold calling creates the perception that you have nothing better to do at that particular
- Salespeople detest cold calling!
Unfortunately for those sales people, many of their sales managers rejected Frank’s argument.
If cold calling wasn’t working, you just need to make more calls. If you can’t do that, we’ll find someone who will!
We will keep doing exactly what we have always done until we get different results.
